Best Match: Red Stag Collun-Co (Neuquén, Argentina)
Collun-Co delivers the true Patagonian hunting experience. On this historic 62,000-acre ranch, stags roam wild and free as they have for more than a century. The hunt is spot-and-stalk in rugged terrain with views of the Lanín Volcano. With no question, this is one of the best Red Hunting properties in Argentina, equivalent only to the finest private ranches in the US for Elk, in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, etc.

Red Stag Tupungato (Mendoza, Argentina)If your goal is to pursue some of the biggest stags in the world—often naturally surpassing 500 SCI—Tupungato is the place. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Andes, this 150,000-acre ranch offers access to massive, well-managed herds and breathtaking views, along with fine local wines and authentic Argentine hospitality. At the heart of the property lies a 20,000-acre preserve, where game is not managed and deer roam freely. Each winter, the upper parts of the preserve get covered with snow, and the Stag migrate in and out without barriers.

Red Stag Lanín (Neuquén, Argentina), With capacity for only two hunters at a time, our Lanín hunting program offers an intimate experience on the shores of Lake Huechulafquen. Strict herd management means only a handful of stags are harvested each year, ensuring exclusivity and pristine hunting conditions in one of Patagonia’s most scenic settings. This is also the perfect hunt to do on horseback since it is by far the best way to navigate and hunt the property

Red Stag Chile (Lake District, Chile), Considered the most exclusive stag hunt in South America, this family-run ranch harvests no more than eight mature stags per season. The setting combines rolling hills, farmland, and dark timber with views of Rupanco Lake and surrounding volcanoes. It’s a hunt for the biggest free-range Stags, and the experience is unlike anywhere else.

All of our Red Stag destinations hold strong populations of Wild Boar, offering the perfect opportunity to extend your trigger time after your Stag tag is filled. In addition, both Chile and Tupungato are home to thriving herds of fallow deer, producing big bucks each year for our guests to chase

Red Stag Tupungato or Red Stag LanínBoth lodges excel at keeping non-hunters engaged. At Tupungato, companions can enjoy wine tours in Mendoza’s famous Uco Valley, horseback riding, and sightseeing tours. At Lanín, options include horseback rides, hiking, sightseeing tours, and world-class fly fishing in the area. The ranch is inside the Lanin National Park, and there are many activities to do within the park as well.

Buenos Aires Big Game (Buenos Aires, Argentina)Just two hours from Buenos Aires, this program offers the chance to hunt other exciting species such as Axis Deer, Blackbuck Antelope, and Wild Boar. Set along the Salado River at Los Crestones Lodge, it combines outstanding hunting variety with the convenience of easy access. In addition, guests can also enjoy world-class bird shooting—including ducks, doves, and perdiz.
